      DELIVERY TIME

      International shipping within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of order depending on the country of delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email. Express orders placed between Friday, 12:00 pm and Sunday, will be shipped on the following Monday.

      SHIPPING COSTS

      Germany & Austria: free shipping

      There are no additional duties or import taxes for orders from Switzerland and the UK, as these are covered by Young Poets.

      RETURNS

      You can cancel orders within 14 days after receipt and return them to us. For Germany and Austria the return is free of charge, outside of Germany and Austria Young Poets does not cover any costs for returns.
